This Privacy Policy explains how MavenThink Inc. (“MavenThink,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit maventhink.com (the “Site”). We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and to operate the Site, and we never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, work email, company, and any message you choose to include. These fields are used solely to respond to your request.
- Scheduling information. If you book a meeting, the scheduling step is handled by Microsoft Bookings, which collects the details needed to confirm your appointment.
- Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Clarity may capture page interactions and aggregated session information using cookies and similar technologies. See Microsoft’s privacy documentation for details.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to demo requests, to contact you about your enquiry, and to improve the Site. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
How your information is processed and shared
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a Microsoft Power Automate workflow that routes the enquiry to our team. Scheduling and analytics are processed by Microsoft (Bookings and Clarity respectively) acting as our service providers. We share personal information only with these processors, and only as needed to provide the service or comply with the law.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Microsoft Clarity). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them will not prevent you from using the Site.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@maventhink.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
