How do I know the citations are real?
Each one passes three checks before you see it: the case resolves to a real published opinion, the quoted language appears in that opinion, and the treatment status is current. A memo earns its verified seal only when every citation passes — anything unverifiable is flagged in place, never dropped.
Where does the case law come from?
From public court records and public-domain legal sources, curated and refreshed centrally. Coverage is transparent — the Corpus Explorer shows which courts and years are covered and when each source was last updated, so a 'no results' is never ambiguous.
Can we keep client matters isolated from each other?
Yes. Each matter is its own access boundary: agents, documents, research, and search results are scoped to the matter's team. Walling off a conflicted colleague is the normal permission model, not a workaround.
Does this replace attorney review?
No. Agents do the first pass at machine speed — research, cite-checks, extraction — and attorneys make the calls. Anything outbound passes through the review your policy requires.
